Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infrastructure: Design and implement robust, distributed systems capable of handling the demands of the year 2026 and beyond, including high-velocity data processing and AI integration.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies such as Post-Quantum Cryptography and Edge Computing to ensure our platform remains future-proof.
- Code Optimization: Drive performance engineering initiatives, reducing latency and optimizing resource utilization for cloud-native environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Establish rigorous security protocols and governance frameworks to protect data integrity in decentralized and hybrid cloud environments.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior developers and conducting technical code reviews.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing complex technical projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in languages such as Rust, Go, or Python, and deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and how to integrate AI agents into production systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate the trade-offs between innovation and stability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
