Qualifications

- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI/ML, and Web3 technologies
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects
- Certification in advanced system architecture (TOGAF/SABSA)
- Experience with regulatory compliance for emerging technologies (GDPR, CCPA)
- Strong background in cybersecurity frameworks and threat modeling
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
