Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 product line and beyond.
- Lead architectural decisions that balance innovation with scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Product teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive gaps, and opportunities for disruption.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences with clarity and impact.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept definition through to successful launch and post-market analysis.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Product Management, or Engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale technology products in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Autonomous Systems is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven strategic decisions.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
