Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the architectural roadmap for our core platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for next-generation AI integration.
- System Design & Implementation: Design and oversee the implementation of complex distributed systems using microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize system bottlenecks, ensuring sub-millisecond latency for critical user-facing features.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with extensive experience in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, neural networks, and data engineering principles.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale problems under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
