Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on scalable AI integration and quantum-ready architectures.
- Lead architectural reviews and technology selection for high-stakes enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation computing paradigms.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Identify emerging tech trends and evaluate their potential impact on our product strategy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Experience with or strong understanding of quantum computing principles and AI/ML frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
