Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and integration points.
- Design and implement resilient, high-scale system architectures for next-generation AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Cloud Ops, Product) to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and define best practices for system scalability and security.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence infrastructure and high-performance computing environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or C++.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems on time and within budget.
