Responsibilities
- Define the long-term architectural vision for emerging technology stacks.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems for future market needs.
- Conduct feasibility studies on cutting-edge technologies such as Quantum Readiness and Generative AI integration.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards are met for all future-facing projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with a demonstrated ability to learn new languages quickly.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through ambiguity and rapid technological change.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
