Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, or neuromorphic systems

- Experience with regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, future frameworks)
- Proven track record of leading $5M+ tech transformation projects
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
