Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive technology strategy for the '2026 Horizon' initiative.
- Lead the research and development of emerging technologies, including generative AI, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future-proof solutions into current product roadmaps.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term technological shifts and market disruptions.
- Oversee the acquisition, evaluation, and deployment of cutting-edge hardware and software stacks.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, architecture, or R&D.
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing technology trends 2-5 years in advance.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with blockchain, Web3, or advanced cybersecurity protocols is a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
