Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Define the high-level technical strategy and roadmap for our 2026 product suite, focusing on Generative AI and Neural Networks.
- System Design: Design robust, cloud-native microservices architectures that ensure scalability, security, and performance under load.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of elite engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Technology Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including Quantum-ready algorithms and predictive analytics tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Optimization: Oversee the optimization of data pipelines and machine learning models to drive real-time decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go; proficiency with distributed systems and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Strong background in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
