Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business goals.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems for emerging technologies.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of breakthrough technologies (e.g., GenAI, Edge Computing).
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies and risk assessments for speculative tech investments.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic concepts into viable product features.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and large-scale data processing pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
