Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify and integrate emerging technologies that will define our operational landscape in 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Conduct in-depth research and POCs (Proof of Concepts) for breakthrough technologies, assessing their viability and potential impact on business goals.
- Architectural Vision: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures that align with our long-term growth trajectory.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and department heads to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation across the organization, encouraging teams to experiment with new tools and methodologies.
- Talent & Culture: Mentor high-potential engineering talent and establish best practices for future-ready development environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, technical leadership, or strategic planning.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to look ahead 3-5 years and translate that vision into concrete technical strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML integration, and distributed systems architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders at the executive level.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex business problems through innovative technical solutions.
