Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, next-generation technology architectures aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating emerging AI models with legacy systems for seamless transitions.
- Conduct R&D on Quantum-ready algorithms and edge computing protocols.
- Define technical standards for data privacy, security, and interoperability in a decentralized future.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical blueprints.
- Collaborate with product leaders to identify gaps in the current technological stack and propose avant-garde solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical product management.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical initiatives in the AI or fintech sectors.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts or a strong willingness to master them rapidly.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
