Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision, aligning with executive strategy.
- Lead a high-performance team of engineers and data scientists in prototyping next-gen AI solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate sustainable and ethical tech practices into the core architecture.
- Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy systems to support future scalability.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale projects.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Expert knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, with hands-on experience in NLP and Computer Vision.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
