Responsibilities

- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals, anticipating industry shifts two to three years in advance.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead internal research projects to validate new technologies and prototype solutions before full-scale deployment.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-facing architectures adhere to the highest standards of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or a similar technical leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Python, Go, or Rust; extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud); and proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Future Tech Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of AI/ML architectures, Blockchain, or IoT ecosystems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of adapting to rapid technological changes and leading teams through innovation cycles.
