Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable system architectures for AI-driven platforms and quantum computing interfaces.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) into production environments by 2026.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical roadmaps and long-term product vision.
- Optimization: Oversee the performance, security, and reliability of complex distributed systems.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Future Tech Fluency: Strong understanding of emerging trends in AI, robotics, and next-gen computing.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
