Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy advanced machine learning models tailored for autonomous robotic navigation and decision-making.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to define the 2026 product roadmap.
- Optimize neural networks for edge computing environments to ensure real-time performance.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate AI software with robotic hardware interfaces.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in generative AI and reinforcement learning to drive innovation.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI systems to ensure safety and reliability.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of MLOps practices, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with robotic operating systems (ROS) or embedded systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
