Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging tech trends such as AGI, Neural Interfaces, and Edge Computing.
- Architect high-performance, scalable systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and AI workloads.
- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence into core business workflows to drive automation and efficiency.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototype proof-of-concepts for disruptive technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Collaborate with product management and C-suite executives to translate complex technical visions into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role within the tech industry.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts or advanced cybersecurity protocols is a significant plus.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
