Responsibilities

- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems integrating AI and Blockchain technologies.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concept development for experimental technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and future-proofing in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Represent the company at industry conferences regarding the future of technology.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Expert knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
