Qualifications

- Published papers in Nature/Science on emerging tech ethics
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Patents in at least two of: quantum supremacy, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
