Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech)
- Identify strategic partnerships and investment opportunities in next-gen tech ecosystems
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D sprints, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Present technical roadmaps and innovation portfolios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape to maintain first-mover advantage
- Manage innovation KPIs and ROI analysis for experimental projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching commercialized tech products or platforms
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and resources
- Strong background in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
