Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption across multiple sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks for scalable technology deployment
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators while fostering a culture of experimental collaboration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products/services
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies and trend analysis
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
