Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for emerging technologies including quantum computing and advanced AI systems
- Develop scalable prototypes for next-generation digital infrastructure solutions
- Collaborate with global teams to design sustainable tech frameworks for 2026 market demands
- Drive innovation sprints to validate breakthrough concepts through rapid prototyping

Qualifications
- 5+ years in technology R&D with proven track record in emerging tech implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Strong background in agile development and DevOps practices
- Demonstrated success in launching innovative products from concept to market
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership in remote/hybrid environments
- Published research or patents in futuristic technology domains preferred
