Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era technology prototypes
- Research and implement emerging tech trends (quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Design scalable solutions for climate-positive tech applications
- Present innovations to C-suite and strategic partners
- Maintain competitive analysis against global tech disruptors
- Collaborate with academic institutions on forward-looking research
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- 5+ years in tech R&D or innovation strategy
- Expertise in at least one emerging tech domain (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of shipping breakthrough products
- Strong background in sustainable tech development
- Experience with agile methodologies in research environments
- Published work or patents in emerging technologies preferred
