Responsibilities
- Strategic R&D: Lead research and development initiatives focused on technologies expected to dominate by 2026, including next-gen AI and decentralized systems.
- Architecture Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable cloud architectures that can handle massive data loads and future-proof our applications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Tech Stack Governance: Evaluate and select emerging technologies, ensuring they align with business goals and compliance standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate 2026 visions into actionable development roadmaps.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement cutting-edge optimization strategies to ensure seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Proven experience or strong interest in emerging fields such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, or Advanced Cybersecurity.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterās degree is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
