Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives spanning AI, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous system accountability
- Drive innovation in sustainable tech through circular economy modeling and carbon-neutral infrastructure
- Collaborate with policymakers to shape regulatory standards for emerging technologies
- Identify and integrate cutting-edge open-source technologies into commercial applications
- Mentor engineers in futuristic development methodologies and human-centric design principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, or blockchain)
- Proven track record of shipping scalable systems serving 1M+ users
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Strong background in distributed systems and cryptography fundamentals
- Experience with technology foresight methodologies and scenario planning
- Published research or patents in at least one future-tech domain
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (e.g., Q# or Qiskit)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
