Responsibilities
- Define the architectural roadmap for 2026 product lines, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype next-generation solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Decentralized Finance) to identify viable business applications.
- Establish technical standards and best practices to drive innovation across the organization.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product management with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

- Deep understanding of AI/ML, Blockchain, and Cloud infrastructure trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast technological shifts and their market impact.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
