Responsibilities

- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., neuro-computing) and assess their viability for immediate implementation.
- Manage a team of senior engineers and data scientists to ensure delivery of high-impact features.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering innovative tech solutions ahead of industry standards.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their application to business logic.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
