Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced IoT.
- Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy systems to support future scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the development lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading technology strategy and innovation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field preferred.
- Experience in defining and delivering roadmaps for future dates (e.g., 2026+).
