Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technology strategy and roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Cloud Architectures.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical initiatives with business goals.
- Oversee the design and development of high-impact technical prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of top-tier engineers and data scientists.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Expert knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
