Responsibilities
Architect and deploy scalable architectures for autonomous AI agents capable of complex, multi-step reasoning.Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to refine large language model (LLM) fine-tuning pipelines for specific industry applications.Ensure system scalability, low-latency performance, and robust security compliance across distributed networks.Lead a cross-functional team of software engineers and researchers in a fast-paced agile environment.Research emerging technologies and integrate the '2026 Standard' protocols into our core product offerings.Define ethical guidelines and guardrails for autonomous decision-making processes to ensure AI safety.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Advanced Software Engineering.Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go for high-performance computing.Strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).Proven experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), LLMs, and semantic search technologies.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
