Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the architecture of next-generation neural networks and quantum algorithms.
- Lead the strategic roadmap for integrating AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) into enterprise infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical standards for post-quantum cryptography.
- Mentor junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., brain-computer interfaces) and assess their viability for product integration.
- Ensure scalability, security, and ethical compliance in all deployed systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum computing concepts.
- Strong grasp of system design patterns and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
