Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the '2026 Horizon' product line, focusing on AI autonomy and quantum integration.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to drive R&D initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging tech trends to forecast industry shifts and competitive advantages.
- Architect robust, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure capable of supporting advanced computing models.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate technical roadmaps into actionable business strategies.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI development and data governance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, or product development.
- Proven track record of leading teams in implementing large-scale AI or machine learning systems.
- Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong programming proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
