- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists in best practices and advanced methodologies.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate abstract 2026 visions into concrete technical specifications.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks before they impact project timelines.
- Prioritize user experience and ethical AI implementation in all new development cycles.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, or Generative AI frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
