Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technical Roadmap, aligning long-term goals with business strategy.
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in the exploration and integration of emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Blockchain).
- Oversee the architecture of scalable systems designed to support exponential growth.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with futuristic implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with product management to translate visionary concepts into actionable engineering specifications.
- Establish best practices for innovation labs and hackathons focused on the year 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership.
- Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps for major organizational transitions.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure, and Future Tech trends.
