Responsibilities
Define and execute the technical roadmap for the '2026 Vision' project, focusing on AI and Quantum supremacy.Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of cutting-edge algorithms and hardware-software integration.Identify emerging technologies and trends to drive strategic innovation and maintain a competitive edge.Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical strategies.Oversee the lifecycle of prototype development, from concept to commercial viability.Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.10+ years of experience in leadership roles within the tech industry, specifically in AI or Quantum Computing.Proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects with budgets exceeding $10M.Deep understanding of machine learning architectures and quantum computing principles.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience in the United States market with familiarity in federal or enterprise compliance standards.
