Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive opportunities in emerging tech sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage R&D budgets exceeding $5M and evaluate vendor/partner technologies
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on future tech adoption
- Mentor junior strategists through our Innovation Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Proven track record in scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies and technology forecasting
- Experience with venture capital due diligence and startup ecosystem
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
