- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members securing $50M+ in R&D funding
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks aligning with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Drive partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and EU Horizon Europe initiatives
- Mentor next-gen tech futurists through our 'Horizons Fellowship' program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record launching products generating $100M+ ARR
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier journals
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech design
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for federal R&D collaborations
