Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technology assessment and adoption
- Deep understanding of AI, IoT, blockchain, and next-gen computing paradigms
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of leading successful technology transformation projects
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CSM)
