Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy with focus on emerging ecosystems

- Experience with cross-sector innovation partnerships (gov, academia, industry)
- Certification in Futurist Strategy or similar advanced credential
- Strong background in agile methodologies and lean innovation
