- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate strategic vision into actionable projects
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional teams executing future-tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong leadership skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight preferred
