- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical strategies into clear business value propositions for investors and department heads.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Oversee the development of proof-of-concept projects that demonstrate future capabilities.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Identify and recruit top-tier talent capable of working on futuristic systems.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Proven experience in long-term technology planning and forecasting (5+ years).
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Executive Presence: Ability to present complex strategies to C-suite executives and boards.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with a focus on Technology Strategy.
