Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030 horizon) and develop strategic roadmaps for market leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating next-gen technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions while ensuring ethical and sustainable implementation
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish competitive intelligence frameworks monitoring global tech innovation ecosystems
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to cultivate future-ready talent pipelines

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Strategy with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization (AI, blockchain, quantum, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary R&D budgets exceeding $5M
