Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating tech trends and translating them to business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in technology management or strategic innovation preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience building and managing R&D labs or innovation teams
