Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap with quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital solutions for healthcare, finance, and sustainability sectors
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, biocomputing, neural interfaces) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop innovation frameworks that balance technological ambition with ethical implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Manage a $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technologies with measurable ROI targets
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive innovations in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI ethics, decentralized systems, or neurotech
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute of the Future) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Published thought leadership on tech disruption (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent)
- Experience scaling agile methodologies across enterprise-level transformation projects
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Innovation Management, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful tech-to-business model pivots
