Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and market disruption forecasts

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advise C-suite on ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through DARPA/EU Horizon partnerships
- Pioneer decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) for open-source innovation
- Present at Davos, TED, and IEEE Future Tech conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI with 10+ years in R&D leadership
- Published peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science on exponential tech
- Track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in futures methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, tech S-curves)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Top 1% percentile on MIT Future Tech Assessment
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
