Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Design ethical frameworks for AI/ML systems ensuring bias mitigation and transparency
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and investor stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and anticipate policy impacts on emerging technologies
- Collaborate with R&D to validate technical feasibility of future concepts
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or emerging technologies
- Proven experience with future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, Web3)
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech initiatives
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management
