Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Published author in IEEE/ACM journals on future tech
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
