Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap in alignment with company growth objectives
- Identify and analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with market impact assessment
- Lead cross-functional ideation workshops to generate breakthrough product concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Build and manage relationships with leading research institutions and innovation partners
- Oversee the development of proof-of-concept prototypes for future technologies
- Create competitive intelligence frameworks to anticipate industry disruptions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Portfolio of successful tech innovation initiatives or patents
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
