- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and partnerships
- Author white papers on future tech trends for industry publications
- Manage vendor relationships with quantum computing hardware providers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 15+ years experience in enterprise technology strategy
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuation
- Active TS/SCI security clearance preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
